Abstract

Given the problems such as adhesion and blocking in the transfer station when multiple lap belt conveyors are used for conveying and transporting viscous materials, this paper adopts the discrete element analysis method, based on the establishment of the transfer station model, analyzes the influence and law of material different viscosity on the wear and stacking of the transfer station through EDEM software, and puts forward a series of solutions such as improving the diversion angle of the transfer station, improving the funnel outlet and using polymer materials through simulation experiments. 基于离散元法的粘性物质输运分析与仿真
针对多圈带式输送机输送和输送粘性物料时,转运站存在粘连、堵塞等问题,本文采用离散元分析方法,在建立转运站模型的基础上,通过EDEM软件分析物料不同粘度对转运站磨损和堆积的影响及规律。并通过仿真实验提出了改进中转站导流角度、改进漏斗出口、采用高分子材料等一系列解决方案。本研究对高湿高粘度物料中转站的设计或优化具有一定的指导意义。
