Abstract

It is well known that the photovoltaic have a non linear response that may change depending the insolation and the temperature, to solve this problem and to extract the maximum power from the photovoltaic system, many maximum power point tracker algorithm were made, in some cases, extracting the maximum power point is not necessary, and the respect of the load voltage is the most important thing, especially when there is no energy storage system, in this paper we present a power control algorithm for PV systems for a DC voltage regulation, The proposed voltage control algorithm has been implemented on a dSPACE DS 1104 board.
