Abstract

In this paper, the first analytical model to compute the dispersion of the double-corrugated waveguide for THz vacuum devices is presented. The model is based on the definition of voltage profile between two pillars in a single period. The comparison of the model with 3D electromagnetic simulation demonstrates the validity of the approach.
