أثر القواعد الفقهیة على موقف الشیخ عبدالرحمن بن ناصر السعدی من المخترعات (دراسة فقهیة مقارنة)

Abstract

علم القواعد الفقهية والأصولية مهم للفکر الإسلامي، فهو يضبط العقل العلمي، وينمي الملکة الفقهية عند الإنسان، والأمة بحاجة ماسة إلى تفعيل هذه القواعد ليس في الحقل العلمي الفقهي فحسب بل حتى في علوم أخرى. ومن ذلک ربط هذا العلم بالمستجدات وفهم الواقع المعاصر، انطلاقا من إدراک أن العلماء المنتسبين إلى السلفية يرمون ويتهمون بأنهم ضد التحضر والعلم الحديث، فجاء هذا البحث يجمع بين القواعد الفقهية وبين أثرها على فهم الواقع وبناء موقف متعدل متزن من المخترعات الحديثة بناء على تلک القواعد، وقد تم اختيار الشيخ عبدالرحمن بن ناصر السعدي کنموذج لکونه ممن عاصر ما قبل نشأة الدولة السعودية، أي قبل شيوع المخترعات الحديثة، فلم تکن موقفه تحت أي ضغط سياسي أو اجتماعي، وهو ما يوضح موقف السلفية عموما من المستجدات. وتظهر أهمية البحث في بيان موقف السلفية من المستجدات، وأنهم ضد کل مايشاع عنهم، ويتهمون به. وقد هدف البحث إلى تقديم أنموذج نحسب أنه لم يکن تحت أي ضغط حضاري، أو سياسي ليبدي رأيه في أمور المخترعات والمکتشفات، مما يوضح الموقف السلفي. وخلص البحث إلى أن الإسلام دين يحث على العلم بشقيه الديني والدنيوي، وأن المنهج السلفي لم يکن يوما ضد العلم الحديث، بل رواد المنهج السلفي قديما وحديثا يؤکدون على أهميته، والدعوة إلى تعلمه، وأوصى الباحث بتتبع آثار القواعد الفقهية على علوم أخرى غير الفقه. The science of doctrinal and fundementalist rules  is vital for Islamic intellect, it adjusts the scientific mind, it develops the doctrinal ingenuity in humans, and the  nation is in dire need to enable these rules not only in the scientific doctrinal field but also in all other sciences, like linking science to the updates and understanding the contemporary reality driven by the realisation that the Salafist scientists are being accused to be against urbanization and  modern science. So comes this research combining  between the doctrinal rules and its effect on comprehensing the reality and building a moderate, balanced situation of the new inventions based on those rules. Sheikh Aldul- Rahman Ben Nasser As- Sa'di was selected as an example for his being one of those who witnessed the time before the rise of the Saudi country, in another words, before the sheikhs of modern inventions. Therefore his situations weren't under any political or social pressure, which clarifies the situation of Salafists in general when it comes to developments. The importance of the research appears in the Salafists defending  themselves of the accusations against them. The research aimed at presenting a sample, we think is free of any civilized or political pressure, to show his opinion of the modern inventions and discoveries, the thing that clarifies the Salafists situation. The research concluded that Islam is a religion that encourages science, both relegious and earthly, and that Salafists doctrine was never against modern science, and rather, the pioneers of Salafism in past and present assure the importance of it and learning it. The researcher suggested tracking the effect of doctrinal rules on other sciences.
