Iowa is the National Disaster Resilience The IWA project is an Iowa statewide effort that aims to build flood resilience and mitigation across nine watersheds in the state of Iowa. The project seeks to improve water quality, reduce flood risks, increase resilience, and meaningfully engage stakeholders at the watershed scale.
