Because of students' ignorance of Human Rights (HAM), so that the perpetrators and victims of the perpetrators by their schoolmates. Human rights are moral principles or norms, which describe certain standards of human behavior, and are protected regularly as legal rights in city and international law. Right is a normative element inherent in each human being which in its application lies in the scope of rights of equality and rights of freedom associated with interaksin between individuals and groups. This study uses literature study method by collecting materials and data from various sources, including print and social media which write news about this case and related to the discussion. School environment is one of the factors that influence the growth and development of children, especially for his intelligence. School environment plays an important role in improving the mindset of children.
