Abstract

During this pandemic period of COVID-19, the role of social media and the education sector is changing. This chapter concentrated on the impact of social media education on students' mental health and academic careers in Bangladesh. Students were concerned about their future and the study gap after beginning online education, which resulted in stress and a strain on their mental health. Social media as an educational platform has opened up many doors and changed students' perceptions that it is providing the best possible options for them while also having a positive impact on their mental health. The study will help people understand the role of social media in creating a balancing situation for students.
