Abstract

although the Global Education Reform Movement has been adopted as a guide-line to follow in modern Russia, it was not given enough thought in the universities com-munity. Meanwhile, a transformation of the Russian educational space – including pri-mary, secondary, high schools and higher education institutions – follows the worldwide trends of challenges.
