In lerning process at class, teachers always use media or textbook from publishers and less constructivism for their students. Therefore it was required to give a training for teachers to improve their skills and knowledge about use local potency for the learning process based on constructivism for learning biology problem orientation. This program had been followed by 21 teachers. The method used focus group discussion, lecturing, discussing, demonstrating, eksploration, and presenting the teacher’s task in lesson plan for biology learning process use local potency in their environment. Abstract
