According to the reliability requirements of a micro satellite, a thermal on-orbit health management system is proposed, which has ensured the normal operation of the thermal control subsystem of the satellite for more than one year and has an obviously reliability supporting effect. This paper introduces the relationship between the health management system and the thermal control subsystem at all levels, expounds and summarizes the three main parts of the management according to the actual on-orbit situations, and prospects a future advanced thermal management system.
