Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 2020 concerning Standards for the Learning Process. This research is an evaluation research with the Countenance Stake model by using observation data collection, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The conclusions of the research are as follows: (1) online learning planning for English using the Google site is in the good category (80%), it is found that there is no match between RPS and the standard of the learning process; (2) the implementation of learning is in the good category (80%), although there is no compatibility between the implementation of learning and the standard of the learning implementation process; and (3) student learning outcomes have not met the competency standard with the actual achievement of 85% in the very good category. 4) there is a contingency between implementation and student learning outcomes, in terms of the implementation of learning where copy-pasting activities in writing and reading learning still occur, causing the possibility that the assessment results will not be so valid if a more comprehensive assessment is held on the competencies being studied.
