Analysis On Word2Vec For User Recommendations

Abstract

It is crucial to have the best person or group of people for a task or job. As a result, having an effective individual or team is crucial to the success of a business. Choosing the best candidate depends on how productive he is at work and how well-liked he is by the team. The history of a person's ratings from the team leader, higher authority, or employer will aid in creating the ideal team or choosing the best candidate for a position. We are using a deep learning model to classify a group of people or an individual who is most well-suited for a job by using these ratings as a vector. There has been no study on team formation with respect to peer rating.
