Materials and tools used in conducting research are: 1) solar panels; 2) inverter; 3) Battery; 4) heater; 5) transparent glass; 6) measuring cup; 7) sea water samples. The results of the study resulted in an average value produced by the design of a combination of solar panels with transparent glass every day is 128 ml / day, the time required is approximately 3 hours for the evaporation process and the average temperature produced is 89 0C. Target output of this study is producing fresh water. Abstract
