The visitors also evaluated the importance of various aspects in relation to the primary roles and objectives zoological institutions claim to playThe study further strives to provides recommendations to mitigate problem areas in order to obtain higher visitor satisfaction amongst users. Abstract

The future existence of zoological institutions is in a precarious state.
