Abstract
A look at a privileged place of current capitalism, the bus station of a city of the South, in addition to a historical space of great relevance, where the ideals of modern, controlled and an orderly society is represented and symbolized, a series of questions relevant to the way in which we build, first, our research objects and second the own methodologies to address all this. In this work I wonder what is the epistemology with which we can build a world, that of the bus station, but also what is the meaning, ethics and even the relationship with the very way of doing ethnography beyond an exoticism in the middle of today's European society. In this sense, what we study when we have decided that given space is relevant, from a decision-making game unravels the how, where and who.
