Abstract

In the era of the crisis of traditional ideals of the humanist academic and the institution of the Master-Teacher, young researchers are faced with the problem of finding the right direction in the modern world of science and academia. This crisis is also accompanied by the loss of the multiplicity and diversity of theories, trends and issues that can be dealt with and developed. As a result, young people are forced to venture on solitary searches while struggling to meet institutional requirements and being pushed into narrowly specialized subfields. As young researchers just setting first steps on our academic paths, we too are facing these challenges.
