Abstract
Presently, intangible assets are becoming more important, such as information and knowledge. Organizations seek to be more competitive in a globalized world where it is now competed throughout the world. These organizations have multiple generations in their workforce, the next leaders will be the millennial generation, however, this generation has different characteristics and needs.
