Pension Sector Underestimates Risk of Conversion

Abstract

As a result of the pension reform, 2,000 billion euros of assets must be 'converted' into the new system. According to professor of European pension law and lawyer Hans van Meerten, this leads to insurmountable legal problems and the responsible Minister of Social Affairs must look for alternatives.
