Changing the chemical potential of the parasitic array antenna results in the shifting of the operating frequency from 2.35 to 2.7 terahertz. Abstract
In this paper, the parasitic array technique is used to increase the directivity of the rectangular graphene patch antenna. The maximum directivity of the proposed antenna is 9.33 dBi.
