Abstract

Article describe opportunity to increase effectiveness electro spark alloying (ESA) by means to create combined methods (ESA and ultra supersonic smoothing USS). Dates of metallographic researches, roughness surface measurements, wear resistance tests, tests of cyclic alternating characters, full — scale tests. Finally paper introduce optimal interval of technological parameters of ESA and USS.
