Each polarization antenna was designed by log-periodic antenna, which is an End-Fire type antenna that radiates from the side wall of a substrate. These antenna elements were miniaturized by higher dielectric constant of LTCC material. From the results of simulation, it was confirmed that each polarization antenna for 5G application made by LTCC had broadband property. After that, the array antennas were designed based on these antennas (each 4 antennas). From this investigation, size of array antenna could be small (21.9 x 6.8 x t2.2mm). From the result of simulation, it was confirmed that array antenna could be operated dual-band and dual polarization.
