Abstract

A promising direction in the development of fruit juice processing machines is the use of a pulsed power electric drive, which is based on a stepped linear electromagnetic engine. One of the main output indicators of the electromagnetic press for squeezing juice is the pulling force of the stepping linear electromagnetic engine, which does not remain unchanged as the rod moves with the piston and the compression of the pulp.
