Preparation of BN-AIN Composite

Abstract

In this article, the AlN-BN composite powders with the micro structure of micrometer-sized AIN particles coated with BN particles were prepared via a chemical reaction. The AlN-BN composites were fabricated by pressureless sintering composite powders.
