We propose here a design of two PIFA elements working in the 4.7-6.2 GHz band and placed in orthogonal or in parallel configuration on a ground plane whose dimensions are compatible with a mobile phone. Its characteristics are suitable for MIMO applications. We have simulated the MIMO capacity in outdoor and in indoor environments with a geometrical propagation model based on measurements.
