The varactor configuration used in this work is A-MOS. This VCO design achieves −123.201 dBc/Hz and −132.57 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz and 3 MHz offset frequencies, respectively. The VCO consumes 1.62 mW from 1.2 V supply.
