Abstract

this paper presents a low-supply voltage LC Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) which operates at 1.6 GHz, the latter is designed using TSMC 130 nm CMOS RF Technology. The varactor configuration used in this work is A-MOS. This VCO design achieves −123.201 dBc/Hz and −132.57 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz and 3 MHz offset frequencies, respectively.
