Abstract

Currently, there is a radical restructuring of secondary vocational education in all spheres of industry production of the Russian Federation, in particular, in the railway transport industry, where special attention is paid to the development of highly qualified personnel potential. On September 1, 2022, the program of the Ministry of Education of Russia “Professionalitet” was launched, which included the railway industry.
