An Innovative Approach to Teaching Stereometry in School Using the Stereo System StereoMV

Abstract

The report presents the technology of stereometry training, realized through the stereo system StereoMV. The system is proprietary, has a user-friendly interface and allows the learner easy navigation and interaction. StereoMV is the basis of a technological approach that supports the teaching of mathematics through the visualization of spatial figures, in order to easily master the concepts associated with them. StereoMV is part of a dissertation on "Creating a training software application running on a stereoscopic visualization system."
