Design and Finite Element Analysis of the Three Rings Gear Reducer

Abstract

Three section reducer plays an important role in various industries of heavy industry The research object is symmetrical three ring reducer. According to the basic parameter requirements, the important parts of the three rings gear reducer are calculated and designed, and the static analysis is carried out based on ANSYS Workbench. The calculation and simulation results show that the structure of the designed the three rings gear reducer can meet the application requirements.
