Peer Review: A Model for Sharing, Consultation, and Collegial Support

Abstract

AbstractThis paper presents the organization and implementation of a state-wide peer review conference. From inception through completion, the intention was to value both consultative and collegial dimensions of peer review. Practical aspects such as guidelines for presenters, strategies for time, place, and frequency of event will be suggested. The model developed will be compared with the College model for peer review.
