With the widespread use of the İnternet and declining age of use it each day, along with other online risks, cyberbullying cases are seen to be both larger in quantity and more harmful. This situation increases the academic and political interest in the subject and there are a lot of studies to analysis the cyberbullying in all dimensions in order to be able to develop effective methods of fighting and dealing with cyberbullying. The primary aim of this study is to bring together findings from different field surveys by reviewing the related literature on bullying and trying to be a source for both future researches and public policies which will be created. The other aim of the study is to draw attention to the risks to the digital environment, especially from the perspective of children, and the need for new media literacy education in this context. At the end of the study, ıt has been observed that in many countries, including Turkey, there are a number of quantitative studies on children's Internet and social networking habits and cyberbullying experiences, some of which are similar and some differ depending on the sample and questionnaire.
