Abstract

精准扶贫战略下的农村电子商务发展路径
在全面建成小康社会的道路上,贫困地区的脱贫攻坚工作已成为重中之重。随着互联网的迅速发展,将电子商务引入贫困地区已成为减贫的重要途径。通过近年来的实践,电子商务扶贫已在部分地区逐步开展。电子商务在农村地区发展迅速,发挥了重要作用。传统的“淘宝村”电商扶贫模式虽然在一定程度上促进了扶贫工作,但其缺点和局限性日益突出,在很大程度上制约了电商扶贫的发展。因此,创新电子商务扶贫模式势在必行。农村电子商务扶贫具有增收、节支、节能的效果。然而,电子商务的扶贫还处于探索阶段,相关的研究和实践经验都相对缺乏。本文从农村电子商务扶贫面临的问题出发,分析总结了目前国内典型的电子商务扶贫模式及相关经验,提出了适合中国电子商务扶贫的可能路径。
