Training in health-saving technologies: eating behaviour, daily physical activity, full sleep - can become a driving force for the formation of consciousness of the interdependence of the image and quality of life and the development of a physically healthy personality culture. Abstract

The article reveals the importance of lifestyle for health and quality of life, points to the need to educate young people about health-saving technologies. The urgency of this problem lies in the fact that the physical health of students becomes worse every year, which is revealed by annual medical examinations of students.
