Abstract

ABSTRACT This paper is based on the findings from research interviews with two of Canada’s top CEOs, Tim Gitzel of Cameco Corporation and Scott Banda of Federated Co-operatives. The CEOs offer seven managerial considerations for post-pandemic organizational change and value creation.
