Eye Movement Experiment Research on Users’ Aesthetic Preferences of Car Seats

Abstract

Aesthetic preference of car seat styling is a valuable research topic. However, limited empirical research is available in this field. Using eye tracking and subjective questionnaire methods, Users’ aesthetic preferences to car seat styling were studied with 20 participants in this paper. After comprehensive analysis of the subjects’ eye movement data and subjective questionnaire data, the results show that the car seats are most likely to be loved with transverse and moderately complex sewing lines.
