Abstract

This research adopts a walkthrough method combining the approach of rhetorical-cultural analysis to investigate the app’s environment of expected use by examining its interfaces, the features/functions, and texts on the interfaces to investigate how the app amply users’ rhetorical agency and accommodate China’s social and healthcare exigency to promote social justice.
