Archiwum Państwowe w Lublinie. Oddział w Kraśniku w latach 1955–2018

Abstract

W artykule przedstawiono historię kraśnickiego Oddziału Archiwum Państwowego w Lublinie od momentu jego powstania 1 VIII 1955 r. do dnia dzisiejszego. W pierwszej kolejności poruszono zagadnienia związane ze zmianami w prawie archiwalnym, które pociągnęły za sobą kilkakrotną zmianę statusu oddziału w Kraśniku. Znaczące były w tym przypadku lata 1976, 1979 oraz rok 1983, kiedy archiwum w Kraśniku zaczęło funkcjonować jako Oddział Archiwum Państwowego w Lublinie. Stan ten trwa do dzisiaj. W następnej części artykułu omówiono zasób oddziału w Kraśniku, który liczy 336 zespołów archiwalnych (stan na 31 XII 2017 r.). Zakres chronologiczny materiałów zgromadzonych w kraśnickim archiwum obejmuje lata 1796–2016. Zasadniczą jego część stanowią akta wytworzone po 1945 r. Przedstawiając historię APL Oddział w Kraśniku zaprezentowano także sylwetki najbardziej zasłużonych archiwistów, pracujących w nim w omawianym okresie. The Lublin State Archives Branch in Kraśnik in 1955–2018 The article presents the history of the Lublin State Archives Branch in Kraśnik from the moment of its foundation (1 August 1955) until the present time. In the first place, the article discusses the issues connected with the changes in the archival law which resulted in the change of the status of the Branch in Kraśnik several times. Particularly significant changes took place in the years 1976, 1979, and 1983 when the archives in Kraśnik started functioning as a Branch of the State Archives in Lublin. This state continues to this day. The next part of the article describes the holdings of the Branch in Kraśnik which consists of 336 archival fonds (as of 31 December 2017). The chronological scope of the materials gathered in the Kraśnik Archives comprises the years 1796–2016. The records produced after 1945 constitute the main part of the Archives. Presenting the history of the Lublin State Archives Branch in Kraśnik, the author also presented the portraits of the most distinguished archivists working in the above mentioned period.
