The above factors affect the fault judgment of dispatchers, slowing down the command response speed and prolonging the rush-repair progress and outage time of power failure.To solve the above problems, this research is put forward. An active rush-repair strategy based on association relation method is proposed. An intelligent fault diagnosis based on BP algorithm is proposed. To optimize the process of dispatching command, \"Marketing-Distribution-Dispatch-Repair\" rush-repair database is proposed. The case analysis shows that the research plays a positive role in the rapid judgment of fault causes, the acceleration of rush-repair command speed and the shortening of fault outage time.
