The main contribution targeted in this paper is guaranteeing an enhanced trade-off between low PLR and bounded delay. In addition, we support prediction in an aim to guarantee a more accurate resource assignment. Further, analytical study shows that the proposal is consistent in terms of QoS provisioning.
