LASALLIAN CARING: PEMBERIAN EDUKASI KESEHATAN TENTANG GERAKAN MASYARAKAT HIDUP SEHAT

Abstract

The Lasallian caring program is an annual community service program which run by the student board of Faculty of Nursing. In 2022, this program provided GERMAS health education to community in Kombos Timur and Kairagi 1 urban village, and also to the entire academic community of De La Salle Catholic University Manado. There were 130 participants in this activity, and 86 participants filled out a questionnaire about health service satisfaction of Lasallian Caring program. From the results of the data analysis of the questionnaire, it was found that the majority of participants rated the services was good (83.7%) and some of them considered the services was sufficient (16.3%). Participants suggested that in the future this activity could be carried out more regularly every month or every two weeks. Furthermore, this activity not only can increase people's knowledge, but also can touch people's hearts, and moreover change people's lives. Therefore, the community will have healthy lifestyles to enhance plenary health degree of Indonesian community.
