Caring for breast cancer survivors in the primary care setting

Abstract

Given the increasing numbers of breast cancer survivors and their need for skilled care, the author addresses surveillance, assessment and management of long-term effects, and health promotion that can be readily provided by nurse practitioners in primary care.
