According to this scale, there are eight leadership styles which sums up to make strategic leadership style of heads. The instrument was based on Thurstone scale ranging from 1-8 (least to most). Positive, significant but week correlation found between strategic leadership styles of head teacher with school performance. Furthermore, regression analysis indicated that strategic leadership style of head teachers effects the school performance to some extent. Abstract

中学班主任策略领导风格与学校绩效关系的初步研究
