Abstract

: African and Afro-Brazilian civilizations have legal-philosophical repertoires that can mobilize new world readings for the practice of justice and law in a local and global dimension. Through the study of justice and law we find values, postulates, principles, axioms and proverbs present in African and diasporic civilizations and we will confront them with the social studies and practices of restorative, community, traditional authorities, etc. Finally, we aim to establish a field of study for an Ubuntu Libertarian Community Justice Program inspired by Afro-Brazilian thinking.
