Abstract

This paper describes a research project undertaken by CII. This project is sponsored by the “Comité de Recherches en Informatique” contract No CRI 72-11. In this study, we have to define a COBOL Machine and a Compilation Machine and to implement them on a medium-scale microprogrammed computer.
