The quantitative comparative analysis of the freestyle technique mastery level (the content of the syllabus assessment) before and after the experiment shows that the online + offline teaching mode can better improve the students' mastery of technical points. Not only the average score and excellent and good rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the traditional group, but the number of review and extracurricular exercises after class was also significantly better than that of the traditional group. 基于信息技术的高校体育教学改革研究
