Abstract
In this paper, for the future small GEO satellite platform, combined with the application scenario and based on the MFPB technology, a synthetic multi-beam antenna with non-uniform coverage in Ka-band through 0.7° and 1.4° beam coverage is implemented, and the antenna performance is simulated. The EOC gain of 0.7° beam is better than 40.5dBi and the EOC gain of 1.4°beam is better than 35.5dBi. This technology will be applied to commercial satellite platforms with smaller capacity and lower cost in the future, which will effectively enhance the competitiveness of satellites.
