The article is a continuation of a study published in this journal on the development of labor psychology, labor training and education in the 50s and the first half of the 60s 20th century at the Yaroslavl psychological school (Mazilov, Slepko, 2021). It is shown that the changes in industry, education, psychological science that took place in the previous period of time (50s - first half of the 60s of the XX century) launched the process of intensive development of research in various areas of psychology in the Yaroslavl psychological school - labor psychology, engineering psychology, child and educational psychology, as well as social psychology. The intensification of research was reflected in three key organizational forms: 1) the acquisition by the laboratory of the psychology of labor, labor training and education of the status of a problematic and leading one for the Ministry of Education of the RSFSR (1968), which made it possible to disseminate the results obtained in the laboratory throughout the country; 2) holding interuniversity conferences on the psychology of labor, labor training and education (1961, 1964, 1966, 1969, 1970) by the Department of Psychology of the YSPI, at which the results of research by Yaroslavl psychologists were presented and there was an exchange of experience with the country's leading psychologists; 3) obtaining by the Academic Council of the YSPI the right to defend candidate dissertations in psychology (1966-1974), which contributed to the development of the personnel potential of the Yaroslavl psychological school. It is argued that the status and organizational talent of the founder of the Yaroslavl psychological school Vasily Stepanovich Filatov (1900-1974) played an exceptional role in the implementation of the described processes. Abstract

Summary.
