Abstract

This paper presents effects of charging electric vehicles (EV) on distribution system. Precisely, effects on bus voltage profile and power losses, due to charging on radial distribution system (RDS) to ring main distribution system (RMDS) and advance RMDS networks with the assistance of Distributed Generation (DG) as well as capacitor banks.
