THE DEGREE OF PRACTICE BY FACULTY MEMBERS AT THE FACULTY OF EDUCATION, MISURATA UNIVERSITY, FOR ALTERNATIVE ASSESSMENT STRATEGIES

Abstract

This research aims to identify the degree of practicing alternative assessment strategies by faculty members at the Faculty of Education, Misurata University, where the two researchers used the descriptive approach, and the research sample consisted of (44) faculty members at the Faculty of Education, Misurata University, and the alternative assessment strategies questionnaire was used as a tool for research. Preparation of the two researchers. The results revealed that the degree of practicing alternative assessment strategies combined is available to a large degree among faculty members at the Faculty of Education, Misurata University. Accordingly, the two researchers recommend and suggest the necessity of employing alternative assessment strategies in all disciplines and conducting a study on the reality of faculty members using alternative assessment methods from the students' point of view.
