Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the Bit Error Rate (BER) performances of the embedded switching technique under the assumption of non-perfect Channel State Information (CSI) knowledge using a Massive Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) pilot pattern in the 28 GHz band. It studies the BER performances of the embedded switching technique compared to diversity and spatial multiplexing.
