Thus, the problem of monitoring of the stored raw materials is currently important. There are some difficulties of monitoring which arise at the storage of loose dimensional objects with an uneven surface. The paper studied the key aspects of a subsystem development of a volume monitoring of the loose dimensional objects with an uneven surface which is the main component of the automated control system of a storage technological process of innovative type.
